Our Rock Crab (Metacarcinus edwardsii) can be caught year-round only if the minimum size of the shell is over 11 cm and there are no visible eggs. King Crab (Lithodes santolla) has a capture period that runs between February and November for individuals over 10 cms of shell width, no female captures are allowed. We carefully comply with these regulations to ensure the sustainability of the resource.
